The Sodality of the Immaculate Conception is the first branch of the Marian Family and is made up of the adults of 35 years and above, following a set of program of rules. Their objective is to deepen their faith and to live to more fully with Mary as their model and to support the members of the other family branches, in their spiritual journey and their activities.
The Sodality of Immaculate Conception was established by Sister Madeline 42 years ago and still remaining and active and strong committee in our parish now.
Members of the Sodality meet for weekly Prayer before 8am Divine Liturgy on Sunday also the Monthly general meeting. They engage in other spiritual exercises such as: Gospel Night, Adoration, Rosary, Marian processions, May visits, visits to shrines, Trips, Spiritual Retreats, etc.
The Sodality renews their vows every year on the 8th of December, on the feast of the Immaculate Conception and welcome new members to the Sodality during the celebration.
Eligibility for Membership:
The Sodality is open to all who are 35 years and over and who are ready to commit themselves to living as children of Mary.
They make a promise to Mary Mother of God to live their commitment faithfully.
